Sample Breakfast Menu
 

Unlike any other breakfast casserole you have had before, our special recipe features crispy bacon, cubes of potato poached with fresh herbs and tender leeks sauteed in butter.  These ingredients are combined with fresh eggs and cream along with a few other secret ingredients.  Our guests have commented that it is simply the best egg dish they have ever savored!   We serve this with our famous fruit scones, jam, a fresh fruit cup served in antique stemware, fresh juice, Kona coffee and tea.

Stuffed French Toast

 Our Stuffed French Toast features real Vermont maple syrup and thick French bread. Loaded with cream cheese and apricot preserves it is truly a one of a kind breakfast entree!  Served with sausage, browned to perfection, of course, a fresh fruit cup served in antique stemware, fresh juice, Kona coffee and tea.
